The computer-controlled fully automatic window press with connection to a production control system enables the pressing of window elements in a continuous process: Frames pre-assembled at an input station are transported into the press, pressed fully automatically, optionally nailed or screwed and transported out again. There are no limits to the possible window shapes.
Thanks to the modular principle and the extensive range of accessories, this fully automatic machine can be adapted to all pressing tasks. The technically mature, proven design guarantees cycle-time-oriented volume production. Cycle times well below 60 seconds are possible without any problems. Thanks to the equipment packages tailored to requirements, even the loose insertion and pressing of very small or angled frames and sashes is possible.
