The Master gets to the heart of sanding. It contains the essence of our 75 years of experience in sanding technology. This means that selected machine configurations proven in thousands of wood workshops around the world offer all the features essential for the fast, reliable production of perfect surfaces.
Construction: In terms of robustness and durability, the Master is not inferior to our other model series. It has the same solid construction that makes all our machines a forward-looking investment that should deliver reliable and accurate sanding results for many years to come.
Upper Section Adjustment: For more than three decades, we have equipped our machines exclusively with upper section adjustment. Why? Compared to table adjustment, it is more complicated to build, but it is also better in many ways. The machine can be loaded with heavier workpiece weights, it maintains its precision more reliably and you have the benefits of a constant working height.
Workpiece dimensions: The adjustment of the upper part, i.e. the passage opening, is motorized and can be finely adjusted via a touch screen. The passage height and thus the workpiece thickness to be sanded can be adjusted between 3 mm and 200 mm. With a working width of 1350 mm, the Kündig Master has a generous, proven standard size.
Eco energy-saving mode: The Kündig Master features our specially developed Eco* energy-saving mode. The software regulates power consumption depending on the load. As soon as work is interrupted, the machine automatically switches to standby mode. It is then immediately ready for use again. This provides significant savings without compromising performance.
