The Conturex 226 achieves the maximum level of expansion in the one-person machine segment. Solutions are available in the system fields for further performance refinement.
Four tables and four main spindles share the processing phases to create a seamless and highly efficient process. This means that three components can be processed simultaneously.
The variety of products and systems in windows, doors, and walls is increasing steadily. The processing of individual items is equally complex. Not only are horizontal and longitudinal operations and drilling required with high-quality and extensive processing such as milling joints, lock enclosures, and dovetail joints, but they’re also required for wall and greenhouse components.
Preparations for fittings are also absolutely essential. This includes all drilling and milling for door handles, corner and stay bearings, drill plugs, or carved holes for locking elements, door hinges in various designs, multipoint locks, drillings for wire channels and assembly, handlebars on sliding doors, and much more. The Conturex even meets these demands extremely flexibly and fully automatically.
