WEINIG Conturex 124: The premium all rounder
The Conturex 124 is mounted to the portal on both sides and offers space for four processing units. Unit configurations such as main spindle, 5-axis head, uni-spindle, the WEINIG multi-spindle drill head, or sawing units meet all demands in the middle performance segment.
Using two main spindles means you can carry out two profiling operations at the same time in one cycle on the work piece. The Conturex 124 also has the same series of options as its colleagues 114 to 226. Mechanisation systems for a maximum of three hours of unsupervised production, measuring systems for veneered work items, scanners, and laser projectors are just part of the series of options.
The ‘multi-product option’ opens up a range of opportunities. The unit can also make products efficiently which have nothing to do with doors and windows e.g. hinged shutters, frames, and furniture and frame parts.
