The WEINIG Conturex is one of the most flexible and powerful CNC machining centers for window manufacturers worldwide.
Thanks to the new combination of variable tables with single tooth, the system is fully capable of machining double parts. This is accompanied by a significant reduction in tool change times. At the same time, the entire system is significantly less stressed. When optimizing the process, the required flexibility of today's window and door systems was also taken into account.
Advanced, customized solutions define today's production of windows and furniture. If high throughput is required, you can't ignore the Conturex Vario S or Vario L. A special feature of the fully automatic powerhouse from WEINIG is the PowerGrip Motion 2D/3D rebate clamping system. It offers significantly more flexibility, especially in the production of narrow profile systems and round arcs and in partial milling for system construction.
WEINIG CAM, WEINIG SIM and WEINIG Solid WF are the perfect software modules for programming, simulating and monitoring workpieces. The direct workpiece transfer of the Conturex Vario S guarantees the highest workpiece quality. The new working width of up to 330 mm also leaves nothing to be desired for future products. With the support of the 4-table sequence, output is significantly increased, especially for short workpieces. A changer with 2 x 24 positions and an external magazine with 90 positions are available in the mold section. The enormous productivity of the machine is enhanced by the fact that even the smallest series sizes can be machined without set-up times. Another highlight is the new machine housing with improved visibility and accessibility for greater safety and ergonomics for the machine operator.
