WEINIG Conturex Vario S: the powerhouse for dynamism and transit
The WEINIG Conturex is one of the most flexible and powerful CNC machining centres owned by window manufacturers in the whole world.
Thanks to the new combination of variable clamping tables, the system is fully compatible with double components. This considerably reduces the time spent changing tools. At the same time, it also considerably reduces the pressure on the whole system. The process refinement has also taken account of the required flexibility of the current door and window systems.
At present, the window and furniture production market is characterised by challenging customised solutions. Yet even when a high transit is required Conturex Vario S is the answer. What’s special about this fully automatic powerhouse from WEINIG is the Power Grip Motion 2D/3D fold clamp system. It offers considerably more flexibility, especially with the production of narrow profile systems and round arches and making milling tools for system construction.
WEINIG CAM, WEINIG SIM, and WEINIG Solid WF are the perfect software modules for programming, simulating, and guarding work items. The fact that the Conturex Vario S makes a direct work item transfer possible guarantees the highest quality. The new working width up to 330mm means everything is covered, even for future products. The 4-table process increases the output considerably, especially for short items. A 2 x 24 pick-up holder and an external warehouse with 90 slots are available as tools. The huge productivity of the machine is improved since even the smallest batch sizes can be processed without having to change the setting. Another highlight is the new machine casing with improved visibility and accessibility, which provides greater safety and working comfort for machine operators.
